How often do you wear heels?

Never. Destroys the feet. The achilles tendon will continue too shorten if you wear heels all the time. Also, the transfer of weight to the front of the foot results in plantar faciatis, bunions, hammertoes, and hallux rigidus.

The last time I wore heels outside was 2" when I was a bridesmaid in 2008. I'm so glad I'm too old for that now. I even wore flats for my own wedding.

I'm 5"10', and my husband is 6', so I like staying shorter than him. Once I bought a pair of 5" heels for the bedroom, but I made the mistake of standing up, and it really freaked him out that I was so much taller than him. He never wanted me to wear them again, even if I told him I wouldn't stand up. Another example of porn not translating into real life.

I get that because you are tall you probably have super long legs that look great without heels. Not so true for us shorties. My legs look stumpy in dress pants without heels. Jeans don't look so bad, but I need a few inches to look better in clothes (even when hemmed).

Now, for the old comment...My grandmother is almost 80 and still wears heels and looks great! Then again, I've never seen her emerge from her bedroom without her hair and make up done and its never over done. She just always looks classic. I do suspect a facelift some time ago.

Daily at work,but change to flats for walking outside/commuting. I carry flats in my purse. Only Flats on the weekends. I do invest in really good heels that fit well. Generally w a platform and nothing too crazy high. I've been searching for an attractive orthapedic heel but have yet to find one that I like.

I wear heels to work 5 days a week and on weekends i wear a thicker high heeled shoe or boot. I have very high arches and flats are very uncomfortable.
