You cannot "press charges" because you do not know who took the iPod; you have suspicions, but there is no proof.

I personally would be angry at my child if they took an iPod to school. A locker isn't personal property and you shouldn't be leaving expensive electronics in it.

I also don't agree with encouraging FB speculation. Haven't you seen the terrible scenarios that play out with young people and facebook? That is a serious accusation and shouldn't be discussed in a public forum. If you believe this child stole something you should contact the school and ask them to investigate. If they can't prove who took it then you and your child need to cool it on the speculation and take this as a lesson learned that school is not the place to bring expensive things.
