I think Andrea Mitchell's plastic surgery is about the best I've seen

I got to see Nancy Pelosi in person earlier this year and thought she looked really great actually.

It’s because she’s aged and her face has softened. Many years ago, she got herself cranked tightly and appeared completely crazy from what looked like a lot of aggressive facial plastic surgery. She’s aged since then so her face has relaxed enough to look nice again.
