She sounds like several of my family and friends who are very vocal on promoting far left ideology and/or work at nonprofits or lobby shops or in academia where they champion far left ideology BUT live in segregated neighborhoods and send their kids to segregated schools. Note: by segregated I mean socioeconomics; they live in a bubble they work hard to protect while pretending to be “the little guy” fighting the “system.” There’s nothing authentic about it.

This sort of thing really irks me.

I live in a SFH. I’m happy that large condo projects are going in around my neighborhood. Where there are people, there are amenities!

there's literally no hypocrisy here. JLG is not saying we shouldn't allow people to own single family homes nor is she running on banning single family homes. She is not even saying we should ban single family home zoning, she is simply saying we should change the current single family home zoning so it does ban everything except single family homes.

Even if JLG gets everything she is running on you will still be allowed to buy a single family home. you will still be allowed to build a single family home. The only thing that will change is that if you own property that is currently zoned for single family homes only, you will be allowed to build other types of buildings on it.

This is really not that difficult a concept to understand. It's so simple, in fact, that if you're trying to push the narrative that single family homes will not be allowed under JLG, there are really only two possibilities.
