| My food at Dishoom was served cold, and the bathroom was deplorable. A wooden seat with a hole in it. We went bc of the recommendations from DCUm, but I did not understand the hype at all. I’ve had far better Indian food in the US. |
| My teen could not get enough of Wagamama and Shibuya Soho in London. Ate at both multiple times. |
There are several, so it might vary from location to location. The original was amazing 15 years ago. I went to the Covent Garden location last year and it was good, but not as amazing as it was when I lived there and used to frequently go to the original location on St Martins Lane. Sometimes places get old/stale and sometimes expansion is not great. |

I don't know about "favorite" but we went to a place called Beam in Notting Hill (recommended by The Infatuation) for brunch and it was really good and seemed very popular with locals.

I really like The Wolseley in Piccadilly.
https://www.thewolseley.com/ It's all-day dining and while the food is not gourmet, it is good, and the atmosphere is always bustling (good for people-watching). |

NOT a fan of Indian food here. Cecconi's is the best italian and they now have a Milos on Regent street that keeps me sane cause otherwise London food is pretty awful |
| Mandarin Kitchen, Bayswater |

+1 for Churchill Arms
Sketch for the ambiance (I’ve only been to the bar part) Drinks at the Connaught |
