I don't think most people know the variety in Indian curries that is part of the cuisine so I am not surprised. Also, how many people know how to cook with young jackfruit anyways? As for Thai - I would pick Massaman curry. The idea is to mimic a nice spicy shredded "lamb" pastry with just a hint of sweetness. Jackfruit lends to the vegan substitution of meat dishes. The spice mix is the key. |
