I feel like his handlers are doing this address to try to get him to stick to a billionaire MAGA approved message rather than having him ramble about windmills and the murdered Rob Reiner.

Could be a $2k check, it's not like Republicans even attempt to support fiscal responsibility anymore...a formal declaration of war against Venezuela could happen too.
