what stood out was Trump's frenetic, angry delivery. The 79-year-old seemed incapable of pacing himself and sounded, frankly, like an angry, unhinged old man.

If he was had all this wonderful news to deliver then why was he so angry? Def unhinged.

As far as I’m concerned, Donald J. Trump was appointed "Interim President of the United States" on January 20, 2025.

Maybe the "Acting President of the United States" is a more fitting title.

When I spend time in that fantasy, it helps me get through this nightmare.

I grew up during the administrations of Reagan and Bush 41. I've watched plenty of presidential addresses. When anybody else was in office they meant something. But with this guy they're just a way to force people to watch a campaign rally speech. Sad!

It was completely ineffective. Does anybody even remember anything about it other than a really old man was yelling at the camera?
