The only people who deserve sympathy in tgat scandal are the real Hayfield football players, who had a decent team before that coach came in, cheated, and ruined the team.

Hopefully the Hayfield kids can rebuild in a year or two.

I believe all 30+ kids who transferred in last year mysteriously disappeared this year.

what's the point of winning a state title?
Do they want to get hired as a College Coach? Then move on to the NFL?
I don't understand going to so much when the bonus for being a coach is pocket change. is like 5k but you're pretty much working two jobs in the falll.

Ego. Legitimacy as a dominant coach which leads to money at whatever sports facility you run. Coaching in HS today is advertising for your real business.
