How much daily sun is healthy ? Is any tan healthy?

Not really. Plenty of us evolved in Northern Europe where there isn't much sun for parts of the year.

You probably need less sunshine.

No. Not all humans "were meant to be in sunshine."

My family are all natural light blondes and redheads. We cannot tan and burn quickly and badly. We are not "meant to" be in sunshine; we are meant to minimize our time in direct sunshine or we burn and get cancer.

Maybe you need only five or ten minutes of sun per day.

You’ll see your Vitamin D deficiency with a blood test.

It depends on your age. I make sure my mom in her 80s gets her 10-15 min of sun a day - at her age there are many more upsides than downsides. Her skin cancer risk would come from exposure decades ago. She's also not getting sunburned.

Nope mine says 10-15 minutes is fine.

This is me too. People who are not redheads can’t comprehend what it’s like. There are two options. Red and white. And some freckles. There is no tan. Also family history of melanoma.

Those of you with darker skin tones, you’ll still get age spots and leathery crepey skin some day. But your tans look nice when you are young.
