McLean would team up with them in a heartbeat. The older teams for McLean are weaker and the super 2013 team just left for FVU. McLean is in need of a boost. |
Do you own stock in MLSN? It's just a random league that replaced another league and will be replaced by another league in the future. |
Sorry your kid did not make team. |
MLSN is different because it has connections into MLS. Put another way. You're not going to play MLS as a youth unless you play for MLSN first. So ya, huge difference. |
Arlington just seems like a better program than Achilles and as someone else showed awhile ago, college placements on the boys side from ECNL and MLSN pay to play were similar. Crazy to be stumping for a team, crazier to be stumping for a club, craziest to be stumping for a league. |
What is in your coffee this morning???? |
The "You're not going to play in MLS" part is spot on. |
Are you on the payroll of MLSN, cause these leagues don't matter at all? |
No but I'm fairly certain that you're on ECNLs payroll. Im also fairly certain that you're west coast considering you didn't start posting until around 11am. |
Are there a significant number of girls who would choose NWSL over college? My experience is that for girls college is the goal. |
Nope, don't give crude about DA or any of the other leagues. All the same but some convince customers to drink the Kool Aid. |
My prediction is Nationals, GAL club of the year last year, will leave ECNL next |
Its not about choosing to play professionally. When Acadamies are in the mix players are looking to play professionally but they can always fall back on playing in college. And college coaches and recruiters love these players because theyre developed to a higher level. Its about having options vs only shooting for college. |
Stop making sense lol |
McLean learned their lesson from partnering with SYC…and then again with BRAVE (not their choice). If they end up being forced to, they will, but there is no chance they actually want to. |
