I drive a Subaru Outback long distances and its really good. The higher end trim lines have 12--way customization of the seat, thigh extender, 4-way lumbar customization, etc.

Telluride. Heated, cooling seats plus automatic back massage after :30 of driving. Love everything about the car.

You don't need to hold the steering wheel. It monitors your eyes now to make sure you are watching/paying attention and not on your phone. If you stop paying attention it gives a flashing light on the screen.
