BMW with the 20 way seats. |
It’s going to depend quite a bit on personal preference; seats often fit people differently. I find my F150s seats super comfortable, but I have issues in our CRV. Spouse finds both comfortable. |
I also have a CBR1KRR and would ride from Big Torch Key to New Orleans for the weekend. We might’ve passed each other on ‘75, 😂 |
I agree with this, I find the sedans more comfortable. I learned to drive on a Corolla and will always find those cars easiest. My Bolt is super quiet, for obvious reasons, but I did add a seat pad to it. |
I have a forester because we’re tall. It’s the smallest suv we could find that was comfortable for 6’+. |
I'm one of the Lexus stan PPs and our other car is a BMW X5 and it's not comfortable at all. It's fun to drive and very responsive but I can literally feel the road as i drive. I've heard that was intentional German engineering to amplify fahrvergnügen (joy in driving, like the old VW campaign) |
Lexus and Tesla.

Just bought a used RX F Sport last week. Very comfortable and supportive and I have shoulder and neck issues. |
I'm 60 and have a Lexus ES350 (about 10 years old) and a Honda Odyssey (about 20 years old). I drive long distance in both (over 8+ hours) without issues. Honda seat is firmer, Lexus more plush and the car infinitely more quieter. |
Drove my Rubicon to Louisiana and back with zero complaints as to comfort. This is really a personal thing. |
That's because the X5 is for poors. Try the X7. Dials up the comfort a ton. |
How so? Not OP, but my commute just went up to over 1.5 hours per day, one-way. |
Love my Forrester, and have been driving it for 7 years. It's starting to prove a bit uncomfortable though, now that I have a longer commute than I did in the past. |
It's only like $15k difference? |
