Teachers go the distance
We grade for speed WE ARE ALL ALONE IN A TIME oF NEED ( IE VIOLENCE CHAOS CORRUPTION AND RETALIATION) |
I love that song. I think it's super corny, and it was his attempt to connect with students. A bit lame, but he's trying something. My kids also laugh at me when I attempt to act younger. It's just being funny. |
+1 ^PP should make a video on tiktok, yt, and it should make the rounds. |
I expect him to follow through on his promises, none of which he's done. |
For something that didn't take a lot of time and was amusing to watch, I’d say that it’s fine for what it is. And you never know what will go viral. (Or not.) Beyond that, the traffic stats for this particular video seem to suggest that quite a few people watched it, in contrast to many other videos from the same channel. (About 5,000 views.) Getting angry over a fun and uplifting video, essentially, seems rather misplaced. |
It's OK to have low expectations in life |
5,000 views in a district with 160,000 kids is not a lot. |
I made the song via chat gbt. Not that creative. There are apps to make videos but most are pay right now. It would be a good video. |
To be fair I doubt many people both kids and parents are looking at the MCPS YouTube page. |
While I think it’s cute, MCPS is broke, and schools are in disarray. We have bigger fish to fry than a music video. |
Your sense of reality is completely off. What gen x or millennial parent has NOT heard this song? |
Help is available. You don’t have to live this close to the brink of rage all the time, PP. Ask your doctor. |
We're all angry. Sincerely, Parents of curriculum 2.0 kids who are in college |
Things went down hill with curriculum 2.0 then the multiple curriculum since with no textbooks and no foundation work. |
