LOL name one that did these music videos?
This is Taylor’s signature move. He did these in VA.

The previous superintendent did videos too

If the comms team can't competently ensure that information about the boundary study is actually shared with the communities who will be impacted, maybe they shouldn't be spending their time making cute videos for the superintendent.

Didn't someone say something about eating vegetables first and then you get to the fun stuff? MCPS's comms team needs to master the basics before they waste their time on this stuff.

I looked it up. #24 on Billboard 100, #1 adult contemporary. So I think your #s are particular to you and are probably significantly off.

Also, WTF is wrong with you to complain about this?

She's all alone, all alone in her time of need.

He sat at his desk with a copy of the lyrics and a thesaurus.

It's called Bionic Reading. It should be an option for students to set it as a theme on their chromebooks.

Maybe he could have TV production teams from high schools put together the videos? The schools could even compete to see which video is selected.

I see the point about the need to focus on the many problems / challenges in the county - but the videos are kind of cute and help make him (and maybe the other adults) seem more real and approachable.

Can you approach him?

To whom?
The kids don't have a clue who he is and aren't watching the videos
It's an ego production

I watched it yesterday. He looks like a dumbass schmo and this video was more cringe than his first. Interesting that he did this in VA.

As I watched I wondered who got paid to make this when MCPS has so many problems. I am beyond grateful that my child graduates in a few weeks.

It's strange to think that people believe it costs an arm and a leg to produce these videos. In this day and age all you really need is a smartphone and editing software. It takes maybe thirty minutes to do post-production and MCPS TV has the qualified experience to pull this off.

Taylor is known to post fun videos.

He reminds me of a previous NIH director who played guitar and sang, during interviews, badly but charmingly.

At least these guys are original and not afraid to show it.

Truly a let them eat Cake moment when there is so much wrong at school. Aside from being completely weird to begin with, only a small handful of schools were mentioned in the video. I think Damascus and Clarksburg and some other school.

My first question is, who is paying for this strange music video?

My second question is, is Taylor ... off?

That's actually one of my favorite songs.

My kid would be singing their cover of "I Will Survive" (senior year) though lol

I would have preferred "MSDE Wrote a Blank Check"
