It’s not cruel. It’s direct. It’s a cleaner version of what another male would say. I’m not thinking of anything. Prefer to not see that either. That’s the point. If it were my kid I’d rather tell them than someone embarrass them at school. If prob get dad to manage it but I’m not such a prude that I cannot. Grow up. Sometimes we have to talk about uncomfortable things. And better me than a female student complaining about it. |
And Magnum PI! We found a bunch of pictures of my husband as a yeen/young adult in the 80s - our daughters were cracking up! Anyway, we also have a no butt cheek rule in our house - they become home shorts then. And I started this before puberty…. |
| Unclear why a male would do this? Is he situationally aware? Does he look at self in the mirror? Look at what others are wearing. Not trying to judge. Am curious. |
| "You're getting too tall for those shorts! Let's get some new ones." |
just say that he's too old to be dressing like that and buy him some sweats
|
| You tell him he is too old to dress like an elementary school student and his testicles are too big for.that now anyhow. |
