You’re eating all carbs and sugar, and you’re underweight to start with. |
PP that you quoted. I think the main reason that I stayed at the same weight over the years is that I'm not an emotional eater. When I'm stressed or upset I love to shop, that's my way of relieving stress. I'm making steak, sweet potatoes, and asparagus today ![]() |
My problem is that food is entertainment and pleasure. In order to weigh 125 pounds, I had to be young and obsessed with calorie counting. The only time in my life that I would eat a steak, sweet potatoes, and asparagus would be at a steakhouse where it’s smothered in butter, or while on a macro/bikini competitor type diet. You seem to naturally want to eat that way. I envy you! I’ll try to just be inspired though. “A piece” of cheese is not in my vocabulary. I’ll try it. ![]() |
Yes, this is my suggestion as well. I'm 54 and finally losing weight. Op you may not be eating enough. How much water do you drink? |
I say this with respect and empathy bc I’ve been in your shoes- it sounds like eating a minuscule amount until dinner time isn’t working if you’ve gained 12 lbs while doing so |
5'4" and no more than 110 lbs every? You had no body fat and probably looked like a "boy", not healthy. I'm 5'4" and looked my best at 118 lbs in my early 20s. 120 lbs falls into ideal weigh for a 5'4" woman. Stop obsessing over the scale... you have bigger problems! |
