If you could know the truth about any unsolved mystery, which would it be?

All these people were killed by boulders.

What happened to Malaysian flight 370

The government 200 percent knows. The planet is covered 2 times over with radar and 100 percent satellite coverage. Planes don’t “disappear”

Let the world search for a week in the Indian Ocean when they knew the plane cut back towards Malaysia .

Major coverup

And after that, Amelia earhardt, I lived on the ocean and was obsessed with her as a kid.

I want to know the identity of Jesus's real father.

I would literally choose any of the things listed on this thread other than the stuff that doesn't really count like "aliens" and "Cambrian life explosion" and stuff. I originally was going to say Relisha Rudd for all the same reasons as everyone else. Then I read everything else and changed my answer a few times.

Very interested in the Khamar-Daban incident which I hadn't heard of. I spent a lot of scrolling on the Dyatlov Pass incident a few years ago.

My personal unsolved mystery is "what happened to George Mallory." I know all the stuff we already know. I want to know about the stuff there is no way to know.

I think Jon-Benet would be my top one.

There is a case local to me that I would also like to know what happened. A 6 year old boy named Timmothy Pitzen was dropped off at school by his dad. The wife/mom picked him up early unexpectedly and took him to several waterparks. Three days later she was found dead by suicide in a hotel room. The boy was never found.

D. B. Cooper - I'm sort of obsessed with some of the theories.

I dont even need to know where it ended up, I just want to know exactly why and I do not believe the convenient suicidal pilot theory when it makes little sense for him to take an entire plane full of people

This is mine too though I do want to know where it ended up. I think the suicidal pilot theory could make sense, it happened a few years ago I think? Lufthansa pilot maybe but it doesn't explain where it went

Crashed into a remote and turbulent part of the Indian Ocean (seriously there is NOTHING down there!) Some of the wreckage washed ashore in Reunion Island and maybe in Madagascar due to the effects of ocean currents.

Dennis Martin, the child who vanished into thin air during a family camping trip in Tennessee more than half a century ago:

Who are the daughters? I vaguely remember this from Reddit, but can't recall. Was this the daughters of the construction site worker or something?

The core suspects, Roy Lee Dedmon and Connie Elliott Dedmon have three daughters all adults now born in the 80s and early 90s.

People have shared that the daughters never posted on social media about Asha even though it was common for people in town to do that every year on Valentines Day which is the day she disappeared.

I find that interesting. They must’ve known. They are peak Facebook generation.

Given that Asha was seen walking along a highway at some point, I wonder if one of the daughters accidentally hit her, causing fatal injuries, and then the family tried to cover it up.

The murder of Elizabeth Salgado in Provo, Utah. There isn't that much about it out there other than one tv documentary. It's a bizarre case because there was so little time for her to disappear in broad day light in a well-trafficked area, and she was not a trusting person so it was probably someone she knew.

Now I’ll be on Charley Project all night reading obsessively about all these missing people.
