What’s your family rule for leftovers for lunch? Would you send a leftover Costco chicken bake?

Is a chicken bake, like, a chicken casserole? (?)

They’re like Hot Pockets.

Okay I changed my mind. You can’t send a leftover hot pocket in a lunch box. I can’t believe anyone has ever saved half a hot pocket or that it’s even possible.

People please...

Wouldn't something like a chicken bake (which has a bread-y/pastry-like outside) be kind of gross and slimy in a thermos?

Kids are gross. They’ll eat anything. I wouldn’t eat it. It I guarantee kids would.

Maybe your kids are gross.

Aww sweetie. Yours are too. Hate to break it to you.

Ooh sick burn

School lunch is garbage. Would never force my kids to eat that.

Mine do and I don’t think there is much difference between half a chicken bake and the pizza, hot dog, or cheeseburger school serves 2-3 days a week. Sure they also serve salad, but if your kid tells you they are picking the ceasar salad over pizza in the lunch line they are probably lying.

Thanks for explaining what a “chicken bake” is. It sounds vile. And no, my kids don’t eat the school lunch. But you are right that is sounds like equal garbage food
