My DS is on the MLSNext team. We are happy with the coaching so far. You can see the results, they aren't really "winning". Are you referring to a specific age group at ASA? |
Yes, to some degree, and that might be good if the bigger picture (dev) is considered. |
The coach seems ready to retaliate. Please stop, it is not a good look. |
|
You might have a grip on a particular team or coach. Please stop. It doesn't reflect the whole organization. |
You are wrong, nothing to stop. Is facts only. |
| I can tell you who is in last in the standings |
Prioritizing winning and ACTUALLY winning are different things lol. |
Exactly! The second will never happen if they don't address and fix their issues. A very similar pattern preceded their GA for girls; they lost that and with that many good players. |
| The writing is on the wall. |
Not prioritizing winning (at all costs) doesn't mean an organization is okay with losing |

Bethesda U14 had two bioband kids. One sometimes starts and plays half the game, the other doesn’t start and plays 1/4 of the game. The club and those parents determined that practicing and playing with the top U14 team is better for their development than playing for the second U15 team or not playing much for the top U15 team. It’s that simple. Please stop whining about Bethesda and biobands, it’s an old story that is no longer accurate (if it ever was besides one team and two players).
Also, whatever quote about “playing to win at all costs” was not from Bethesda. |
Did you just confirm the biobanded kids for one team while saying Bethesda doesn't excessively use biobanding Bethesda's use of biobanding isn't a secret |
| Who the eff cares what other clubs do? Sure if ur from that club, complain to ur club about it. But why would anymore care about other clubs do? The only ones who do care obviously care too much about winning. But for real, just focus on your kid and make sure they’re developing and focusing on actions they can control. |
This is dcum. This is what we do |
