How a team is doing in standings doesn't tell you if it's best for your son's development.
It only tells you if it feeds your bragging rights insecurities.

Thinking only the most winning team is best for your kid's development makes me hope you're not the decision maker in his path forward.

As a parent of a player that is excited to have this opportunity, we have seen nothing but player developments vs club promotion. Do I like to see where your at on the table, sure. I don’t see the harm in posting a table especially with a little recon you could create your own (again don’t know why it’s withheld) not if it were a “ranking” vs a “standing” I 100% agree there is no place for that at this level…we’ve been on losing teams as the high performing player, didnt make him want to quit makes him want to get better and really perfect his individual game on his own in a lot of cases
He’s also a defender who grades himself on clean sheets, successful actions, tackles, etc. not that he’s the best because “I score all the goals” we’ve seen a bunch of those kids/parents phissle into irrelevance
Would I like to see the standings sure, I think it’s an important tool for player development to be able to prepare body, mind, game plan, strategy to be successful at the next level. Is it way too early for rankings yes.
