I'm the OP, not a troll - and it's precisely what I was doing: venting in an anonymous forum. Then people piled on to turn this into reality TV fan fic - which was fascinating to observe, in fact, but ... not at all what really happened. But my popcorn is buttered and I'm here for the drama.
