But two of those states are NC and GA. Which do have sizable populations of Black women who could swing it to Harris. And it won’t hurt Tim Kaine in his down ballot race in VA (not that he’s in much danger of losing). |
Where can I sign up and what can I do? (Fed— so within lesser restricted Hatch Act limits). |
Good for them. They can join the insufferable Ivy grads and UVA grads, etc. Or would they be classified as “uppity” if they were proud of their alum? |
Thanks. I'm cautiously optimistic. |
+1. I woke up this morning feeling better than I have in months. |
Delicious that POTUS has suddenly come a Black, female job. |
The day results are announced and the day after better be a national day off in Nov. GB, America. |
We aren’t necessarily looking at big donors with excitement. The number of small dollar donors, especially ones who haven’t donated this cycle is very exciting. |
Minor upgrade since the debate. The day after the debate where Trump talked about "black jobs", Biden was on TV and said that he knew what a black job was...the Vice President of the US. Now, with Biden stepping down and his endorsement of Harris, means that he sees POTUS as a "black job". |
They were the Haley for Biden group and now they are the Haley for Harris group, so yes. Some Haley primary voters will maybe vote for Trump, but she was nearly 20% of the Republican primary voters, 4.3 million for her vs 17 million for Donald. If most of those Haley voters move to Harris instead of to Trump… |
+1 And North Carolina has a critical gubernatorial election in which the Republican is a certified lunatic saying some people need killing. |
This is a map of new small dollar donations since Biden dropped out. |
This is very exciting. I hope that the Indian American women will become just as energized and do the same. After all, Kamala was raised by her Indian American mother and spent summers in India with her grandparents, why is she rarely discussed as Indian or Blasian. |
That's grassroots energy right there! Much needed for the Dems. The GOP should be very nervous. |
No! He should stay in! We want to win this thing. |
