My Canadian friend…your country literally takes the path of least resistance on everything and stand for nothing. Take a stand on something! We live in a world where kids are confused because they think that everything is OK and they answer to no one! It’s easy to be passive, hard to stand for what you believe in and not just apathy.

FIFA and Conmebol are secular institutions, just as US public schools are. Players, coaches, students and teachers are allowed to show what religion they profess (crosses, hijabs), but the institutions should no be endorsing one over another.

If "all lives" were under the dark clouds of racism and bigotry and institutional discrimination and excessive brutality and overzealous prosecution and incarceration for centuries, then "all lives" as a social call would make sense.

That said, saying blue lives matter doesn't mean grey lives don't matter.
