So what? Try it sometime. Maybe you stop being such a slut shamer |
Research of what you nutcase? Bot websites? |
| Let’s say Rachel is rich (whatever). She’s about to get a lot richer. |
| She should have sued Bravo like the other housewives are doing. I think she would have won that and gotten far. Instead suing Ariana just will continue to make Ariana look like a victim. At the end of the day Bravo is the reason this ruined her entire life instead of just some friendships and exploited it to the absolute MAX. Andy and co are already under fire she is missing an opportunity to strike while the iron is hot. |

I’m enjoying it. Ariana deserves it. Ditto Tom
I hope they don’t settle so it comes out to what extent the series is contrived. The rumor is that they did have an open relationship, and dwindling ratings. Ariana and Katie in particular had little fan base |

I don’t think suing Bravo is great. Only crazy Brandi and Leah are doing it and also both doing Only Fans. So suing one for exploitation but getting voluntarily exploited on the other.
If I were Raquel I’d negotiate something new or better w Bravo. But also would not have apologized to begin with. Villains have great plot lines |
Um, ok weirdo. It’s a fact but you’re probably allergic to facts |
| Who cares? I hope that’s true. More $ for the legal fees. Be really fun to watch. Sort of like a low rent and sleazy Gwyneth trial |
Have you followed the Bravo allegations? It is clearly an insanely toxic environment. I think Leah has a very strong case. Bethenny Frankel has talked about it too. Andy is clearly far too personally involved with ALL the cast members and absolutely plays favorites and caters to the storylines he favors. Only Fans might be exploitative but its choices they are making and there is no man behind the curtain pressuring them into stuff they don't want to do or punishing them for not playing along the way they want. Equating those two things IMO shows a lot of misogyny bias. |
Rachel's lawyers would obviously love to sue Bravo, as NBC Universal has the deepest pockets of all. But either (1) they don't have a case, (2) Rachel's contract waives Bravo/Andy of liability, or (3) they are already quietly settling without admitting wrongdoing. The lawsuit against Sandoval/Ariana is very specifically focused on revenge porn. Bravo likely would not have been a party to such content, other than in a roundabout way (eg, Ariana showing her phone to the producers). |
| Or they offered Raquel something better. |
