But either (1) they don't have a case, (2) Rachel's contract waives Bravo/Andy of liability, or (3) they are already quietly settling without admitting wrongdoing. The lawsuit against Sandoval/Ariana is very specifically focused on revenge porn. Bravo likely would not have been a party to such content, other than in a roundabout way (eg, Ariana showing her phone to the producers). [/quote] +1[/quote]
