This! And as I tell my teens - if you go to sleep at a reasonable time getting up at 6:30/ 7 is not a big deal!

Getting up before 7 is always a big deal, no matter what time you go to bed.

Getting up before 7 is always a big deal, no matter what time you go to bed.

Especially when your circadian rhythm makes it hard for you to go to sleep “at a reasonable time.”
