If the Schools Have the HSPT Scores, Why Don't We?

Anonymous
We have the opposite problem. DC took the HSPT in Arlington and we’ve had the scores for over a month. The portal for one of the schools still shows that the score is missing. Have some schools not uploaded the scores yet and confirmed this on the portal? I could contact the school to ask, but feel like I should wait as the admissions office has a lot going on right now.

That might be worth checking, in my opinion. If they aren't reviewing files until they have all the components, and something is missing, that would be a huge shame if your child wasn't considered for admission. One admissions office we have been dealing with is lovely and certainly wouldn't mind a question although I obviously don't know which schools you are applying to.

I'd give it till the end of the month and then reach out if it's not marked as complete. One school my kid applied to updated their portal to say they'd received the scores a couple weeks ago. Another one just updated yesterday. So I think that some are still processing things through.

Today's the day, right???? It's also driving me multiple-question-mark crazy. DCUM has led me to believe 1/26 is the day so now my expectations are up.

This appears to be poor processing, after receiving a message directly from the ADW staff stating before Jan 26 they would be released, and here we all are with nothing.

I guess the day is not over yet, but geez

My kid has been stressing about this non-stop for the last two weeks despite my best efforts to assuage them. Continued delay would make for an unpleasant weekend. Let’s go.

Right! I’ve refreshed my email a thousand times today already!

Why does everyone think it is today has any website publicly stated that?

Yep nothing. Several schools have indicated it will be January 26. Someone here (wrongly) said it would be 10:00a.m. I need them to release the scores so my kid can relax and enjoy the weekend!

Just chatted and asked them and this was the response:

Scores will be released in waves this afternoon. The reports originate from reports@ststesting.com. If on Monday you did not receive the emailed report, please email stlouis@ststesting.com with your student's name, DOB and registration number if they have it, and request the scores be resent.
