| I wonder if teachers are now discouraged to answer emails after 6 (should be outside work hours) because emails have a time stamp that clearly communicates that the teacher is working more than 40 hours a week and is easily visible to the public. Grading and lesson planning (depending on how you do it) is not easily trackable. |
