I though America's outrage meter was broken with the last presidency.

I am perfectly fine with these students being blacklisted. I wouldn't want them working at my firm either.

I also think Trumpers should be blacklisted from certain jobs.

Sure, but the latter will not happen.

You’re dead wrong. Trumpers have been blacklisted.

Let's blacklist everybody. Equal opportunity for all.

Israel does not bear full responsibility for Hamas' violence. That assessment is repugnant.

Hamas committed a war crime. How is that hard for people to understand.
She was basically victim blaming.

You mean people who vote for Trump?

Depends on your definition of 'Trumpers'

When I was there kids were protesting JAG, shouting down Supreme Court justices giving speeches, marching for everything and anything, taking the most counter-culture stance available to prove they weren't The Man. These kids won't work on Wall Street, but they'll have jobs. Maybe even BigLaw jobs, if they scrub their internet presence well enough (Harvard or NYU on a resume opens a lot of doors, especially once you drop past V50).

Anti-Semitic much?

I am at a biglaw Firm. We are already looking into this for people we have given offers to to start next fall (currently interviewing for summer associates as well and cross listing our interview list with the published list on Twitter).

We will be rescinding offers. There is a list circulating with everyone’s names. It’s awful and has raised so many internal questions. Getting pressure from clients… Big large asset management firms about this. People are up in arms and want nothing to do with these imbeciles. It’s true we are realizing we’ve dodged a bullet And should never have extended offers to some of these folks

Ok, cool. And there may be valid reasons for this. But just recognize the Pandora's Box you're opening. All you people complaining about posters who won't hire people from Liberty U. Or who have "conservative" presences on SM. Etc. That should be fine, then, too, going forward.
+1 and if this story gets national attention, there's another potential backlash among people who tend to believe that certain ethnicities are the real power brokers and string pullers. This will only confirm their beliefs.

This sounds like antisemitism

Stupid stupid students. Sending letters showing support for Hamas is killing of Israelis or blaming the Israelis….will get you blacklisted from many companies.

I think it takes courage to stand up for what you believe despite intense pressure and intimidations. [/quote]

Even if you are anti-semitic?

There is no “courage” - none - in supporting a movement that cuts off the heads of children, rapes women and holds civilian hostages. None.

? There's backlash against what's her name Congress woman from MN, but the only people who can fire her, are her constituents.

What about Tuberville?

same.. his constituents don't seem to mind. I guess being anti-gay is more important than supporting our military. But, only his constituents can fire him.

I feel bad for students in this age of social media. When I was in college, I volunteered at a women's health clinic to protect patients from being harassed by pro-lifers. I can easily imagine how today that work of mine would be published online and would have blackballed me from certain internships or jobs, depending upon who the employer was.

Good News - My DS is not on this list! He got conned out of his admission, thanks to Harvard's wokeness. Guess he dodged a bullet.

No critical thinking from these kids. Can't tell the difference between war and war crime. There is no justification for what was done.
