I'm trying, but what is this "approaching, meeting, exceeding" category? Is this 3+? That's BS that you can no longer do it by actual score.

There's one tab for that and then another for meeting/exceeding (4-5)

Right, but you can no longer break out 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5. And it's harder to compare directly with last year.

Does the math curriculum need to be changed beginning in elementary school? Is it time to move away from the Eureka method and give kids good textbooks to help them learn?

My kid's DCPS principal sent a message. The ELA numbers were good. Math pretty level.

Right, I'd like to break out 3, 4, and 5, but looks like I can't do that.

If I didn't know better I'd think OSSE put these together to obfuscate results and make it harder to figure out what's going on.

Most math professor back Saxon math.

I just looked quickly using "All" for the subgroups and it seems like overall a mixed bag-- some schools up, some down, and some flat or a combination.

And you can no longer see how many 5s, which is disappointing if you're looking to place an above-level kid.
