Popeye's chicken sandwich is much much better than Chick Fil A. Bigger, cheaper, crispier and juicier chicken, better pickles, better, toasty brioche bun. There are several other fast food chicken sandwiches better than Chick Fil A's as well.

The only restaurant that comes anywhere close to CFA is Whataburger.

PP you replied to. This is exactly my point. You don't need to boycott any company. They're all trying to position themselves to please what they identify as their main customer base. So what if they switched to donating to conservative causes to including messages of inclusion and hiring a DEI chief? None of it matters. It won't change how the company is run, which is very well, and probably with minimal social-political issues.

It's all smokescreens, people. If you want to eat there, go eat there. Shop at any store you want. None of them stand on any sort of ideology.

Problem is, they tried to rehabilitate themselves to bring back liberals. Didn't work. And now they're losing the conservatives as well.

Well, given the amount of time I spent in the line at the Chik Fil A drive through and the two near fights I witnessed from people blocking the drive thru exit or entrance...I don't think Chik fil a has a problem.

The liberals in DC and Prince George County Maryland did not leave Chick Fil A in mass. I cannot speak for the rest of the country. The CFA on South Dakota Avenue in DC and Bowie MD is always crowded with a long line inside and outside.

Their main clientele there is blacks who don't care about homophobia.

You sound dumb. Guess you don’t leave your bubble much do you. Why don’t you take a drive to house and open your eyes. As for fort Lincoln on South Dakota avenue, the white folks have repopulated that area of the city. And yes, Black people care about homophobia as much as any other race of people. We have the LGBT community in our families who we care very much and love. Or do you think cough, cough white folks are the only race of people who care.

LOL I get out plenty. That Fort Lincoln one near the Costco and Home Depot is still majority black as is the one on Maryland Ave near Benning Road - virtually all black clientele, now on the other hand in NE there is also the one near Catholic U which is not majority black clientele but certainly lots of catholic conservatives, not surprising either. And as for the rest of your cough cough randomness there are plenty of homophobes in both the black AND white communities, so POINT FAIL.

No I can't explain it and agree with you that its not that great. I do like the waffle fries ... bc they are waffle fries but that's it.
Their customer service is way too happy for my tastes.
