Why bad sandwich $6?

Do DEI executive drive up price

That is the more recent inflation caused by cutting energy development.
Their sandwiches used to be the best deal. And I have seen closer to $8 lately.

It had positioned itself as the right wing friendly company.

Right wing peoples believe it just like them because they do not provide the rainbow worship. Big company do not like the right wing, but they make simple people think they are like them to take ther moneys.

They stopped donating to Salvation Army years ago.

A McDonald’s quarter pounder is also $6. Give me a CFA any day of week.

Popeye's chicken sandwich is much much better than Chick Fil A. Bigger, cheaper, crispier and juicier chicken, better pickles, better, toasty brioche bun. There are several other fast food chicken sandwiches better than Chick Fil A's as well.

This is the second iteration of the popeyes chicken sandwich. About 20 years ago they had one with lettuce and tomato that was quite good.

Oh look it's "When you're accustomed to privilege, equality feels like oppression" personified.

"Hey, perhaps we should have people looking for ways to see if people who have been systematically oppressed for hundreds of years could hopefully be less systematically oppressed" is not "racism against whites" you dunce.

Fast food chains have gotten a lot more expensive so we don't eat there as much as we used to (to say nothing of health), but we know, sadly, that "woke" and "DEI" is just the latest pat on the back by American liberals. It's not a true exercise in tolerance. We ignore all that.

And Chick-fil-A has had this policy in place for ages. Weird time to get offended now!

Liberals and progressives gave up Chick Fil A long ago because of their homophobia. Now the right is giving them up too.

PP you replied to. This is exactly my point. You don't need to boycott any company. They're all trying to position themselves to please what they identify as their main customer base. So what if they switched to donating to conservative causes to including messages of inclusion and hiring a DEI chief? None of it matters. It won't change how the company is run, which is very well, and probably with minimal social-political issues.

It's all smokescreens, people. If you want to eat there, go eat there. Shop at any store you want. None of them stand on any sort of ideology.

Problem is, they tried to rehabilitate themselves to bring back liberals. Didn't work. And now they're losing the conservatives as well.

The liberals in DC and Prince George County Maryland did not leave Chick Fil A in mass. I cannot speak for the rest of the country. The CFA on South Dakota Avenue in DC and Bowie MD is always crowded with a long line inside and outside.

Easy enough for me to cancel them on those points alone.

Their chicken tenders are low calorie and high protein.

I only eat breakfast and dinner. I can easily eat a #2 spicy chicken sandwich without any negative repercussions to my waistline, and its roughly as many calories as I would need to eat for dinner anyway (I'm a runner and low weight). It's not the healthiest option, but once every few weeks is fine.

Their main clientele there is blacks who don't care about homophobia.

Read up on history. Colonialism held a lot of people down all around the globe, and continues to have a lingering effect.

"Cutting energy development?" Jeebus H you are chock full of BS right wing talking points. That's complete nonsense.

And no, their sandwiches were never the best deal. And not all that good, compared to other options, either.

I read the history.

In my country, the African people came to China, and the issues erupted that occur in the USA. China is not the colonial power. In the UK, outsized population in prison as well.
