Not in Beverly Hills it’s not or any mega wealthy zipcode. Hell even in parts of Potomac people have huge gated compounds. We’re not talking about Bethesda, though I’ve seen gates there as well.

Am I the only one who has noticed that OP consistently misspells Cape Town as CapeTown? It’s two words OP, not one. So you can’t even spell the city where your daughter is now studying! What a moron.
