New Responsive Design for DCUM

I am on a laptop but the new design is massive. I feel like I am on a screen for the visually impaired. I now have to scroll and scroll to go down the lists on Recent Forum and I find it hard on the eyes. The old design was much simpler, less busy and much easier on the eyes. Is there a user option to switch back to old design?

Oh I found the Go to Original Site button at the bottom - all is good!

+1 And also, when I reply to a post, I can no longer see the previous post inline. Maybe you could go back to the old version, and at the top, have a link to "view mobile version", which switches to this version?

I really hate this version.

Same! Much prefer the old design. Not enough content per view on the new layout.

Adjust the zoom level of your browser. The older design was small and many users, including me, probably zoomed their browsers for the site. Now you should have your zoom level at 100% (or whatever your preference is).

iPhone 14. I hate it. It’s impossible to navigate.

I don’t like it either. I can only see eight entries on my iPad, instead of a longer list. I agree with the others who said that the lists are too narrow. I always kept my zoom on my browser at standard settings, which was fine for me. I appreciate the attempt to make it friendlier for some devices, but that’s why I could zoom out on a phone if I needed to.

Please post a screen shot if you can so I know what you are seeing. I have tested on an iPhone 14, and iPad Pro, an iPad Mini, and a normal iPad and didn't see any real issues (I thought it was better in most cases). So, I would like to see if things look different on your device.

Can you add a top or bottom border to all the rows again on the forum landing? I have Dyslexia and without the borders everything is really running together. Even 1px of #ddd would be beneficial.

I guess, you are still trying it out? I prefer the old format on my laptop. Now, I have a weird looking one.

Anyways, I am usually resistant to change. I feel why fix what is not broken? But, do what u think is best.
