No, nobody should be saying that. I am wondering if maybe it’s a little bit of a machismo hangover from his culture? Still, not really excusable, but otherwise I think he is a really intelligent and nice guy. And he’s really trying to get to know his very cold, I’m interested if fiancé and make her happy without being over bearing. He’s probably the biggest class act on the show.

I get the same impression of SK although I don’t feel like I really know him that well through what they’ve shown us. I do think he seems like he would be receptive though to someone telling him they aren’t comfortable with that type of language and I don’t think he would close down that conversation or be unwilling to change the way he interacts. Also, aside from the potential of it being cultural I wonder if he perceives raven to be the type of woman who would like that kind of machismo and find it appealing. Especially when another man is interested in her. I definitely see her as this type so I wonder if he does, too, and is trying to win her over. Personally, I am not a big fan of Raven and I do not think she is worth winning over

I curse like a sailor as does DH. I barely noticed.

+1 I noticed but it felt refreshing because I'm a curser too. I was thinking, 'Oh this is familiar; they curse like me". But that's around friends/family, I'm not like that in professional settings or with casual acquaintances.

The previews where Raven makes those rude comments to SK's mother while they are eating. How embarrassing for her; if I were SK I'd be totally turned off by ignorance.

Huh. I thought the opposite. I'm surprised by how chunky this season's women are, at least for this type of show. Alexa is obese, and Nancy and Zanab have spare tires.

Yeah, in fact I get the distinct impression the fiancés of Nancy and Zanab are not thrilled with their bodies. It bothers me that the guys are having so much sex while expressing dissatisfaction behind the scenes.

I can honestly say I did not notice this at all. So maybe generational? I didn't get a feeling of too much swearing and can't even remember it much.
