OMG stop. No, you need a lifestyle change first. Go see a doctor or make an appointment at your local hospital's weight loss clinic. Drugs should never be your first choice. Grow up, there's no easy solution.

I say this as someone who recently lost 60lbs by changing my diet and adding in exercise (190 to 130). I did not use drugs.

This is impressive. How old are you and are you male or female?

It’s easy to lose that much weight. It’s not that impressive. But keeping it off is very, very hard.

So, lifetime of paying for those drugs, or surgery?

I also listened in to Dr. kahan and it looks like his practice will be very helpful for me on the psychological side of why I eat so much of the wrong things. That therapy plus the sleeve may be my best option. I have the money, but it will be missed.

I've said it multiple times and you're ignoring me. You're looking for an easy solution, but you need to put in the work. Even the drugs won't help you if you don't make the lifestyle changes. I like that you are looking at therapy, but you don't have to pay out of pocket for it.

OP is right to ignore you, as you are talking some nonsense.
