Do we know what percent of people have never had covid?

The last stat I saw was about fifty fifty.

No one in my household has gotten it. We all try to avoid going indoors other than our house but when we do go indoors for work and school we were kn95s or n95s.

Nobody in my house has ever gotten it and we aren't that cautious. I'm a ES teacher who stopped wearing masks at school last March. My kid is in HS and also stopped wearing them then. We only wear masks when they are required which is hardly anywhere these days. No Covid. I get tested weekly at school so I'm positive I've never had it.

I’ve seen recent estimates that are around 70% in the US.

I work from home, but my kid has been exposed many, many times (at one point his whole travel hockey team had it). And he’s never tested positive. My theory is that maybe he had an asymptomatic case at some point back when we we parents were protected by the vaccines. Because the experts believe it’s a very, very tiny percentage of people who would truly not get it due to some sort of natural immunity. But I can’t believe all 3 of us would be this lucky for this long (or lucky enough to all be asymptomatic). Who the hack knows though.
