Right to Abortion, Gay marriage, sodomy, interracial marriage and contraception were the 5 major cases all decided under the same legal principal of an inherent right to privacy that Alito dismantled. If the constitution doesn’t have a right to privacy, all five rights should fall. And there is no excuse for getting rid of four of them and leaving the one the directly impacts a justice.
