25. Mostly missing the national parks...need to get on that now that my kids are old enough to appreciate them.

24, at least. I may have skipped over 1 or 2 that I visited as a kid. My family took long road trips with a lot of "drive-by" sightseeing.

I've been to 7 of those places and I know the history and location of all the rest. I'm not interested in visiting most of them.

Gone inside/fully experienced - 10
(For example, I’ve never actually gone up Washington monument or inside the gateway arch - but I have been very close outside of them many times.)

Yeah, I'm not sure how to count something like the two you mention. I have zero interest in ever going up into either of those, but I've been on their grounds. 21 if those count.

Haven't been to the western parks but have walked along the River Walk in San Antonio. Loved it.
