MYOB or tell the parents about their nanny.

Yes, otherwise you're enabling possible neglect and abuse of children. If the parent chooses to keep the nanny, at least you'll have done your duty.

Don't touch other children or push them. Mind your own business karen

Caregivers or parents doesn't need to be right next to the child 24/7.

So nannies all of you just curious here-what type of behavior would prompt you to notify someone else? How egregious? The nanny I posted about was yelling and using bad language when talking OTHER nanny's charges.

Many dads flirt with me. I'm a nanny.
Wish the moms knew.

This. She’s probably cheap.

Our nanny has to push the little girl on the swing and keep older kids from taking our toys from her. I have seen this nanny be so rough with both the preschooler and the baby.

Another mom from our class noticed the same.

Would you tell the parents?

Absolutely report. We tried out a nanny and our DC’s friend’s nanny subtly mentioned how the new nanny didn’t properly supervise our two year old at a playground. Other safety concerns noted by nursery school teachers and after just a couple weeks we moved onto our “forever nanny.” Im grateful the other nanny cared enough about my kids to say something.
