+1. Dumb and lazy Daisy. |
| Perhaps Adelaide or Isadora? |

| It's a hooker name. |
Only in your demented mind |
| I like it. There is nothing wrong with it. Give her a more traditional middle name just in case. |

I love Daisy as a first name! It’s both “serious” and quite lovely. Very old name.
DCUM is totally nuts when it comes to name threads. Only the top ten popular names are okay. So boring. |
Really? How many homers have you ever met named Daisy? Sophia, Olivia, Ellie, Belle and Ava are very popular hooker names now. |
| Usually I'm the biggest name hater, but don't find Daisy to be juvenile at all. It's an old person name, not a juvenile name. |
What's wrong with cows? |
| I have a dog (with a human name people seem to like here) but I just know too many Daisy Dogs to do it, personally. It's shifted too far into the dog world for me to like it for a human. |
I take my dogs to a dog park and have never met a dog named Daisy nor know of any dogs named Daisy. There are lots of Bellas and Ellas and one Joan (great name for a dog!) |
|
People who spend so much time at dog parks that they are on a first name basis with lots of dogs are not really my benchmark for “is this baby name good?” Like I know maybe 5 dogs where I care what their names are and other than that I am I different. If none of the 5 dogs I know have a human name I like, I’d happily name my kid that.
If you are monitoring the names of dozens of dogs, you have too much time on your hands and maybe need some kind of hobby. |
| My former doctor's first name was Daisy. |
| Way too cutesy in my opinion. My first thought was a cow rather than the flower too. |
