Not at all. Anyone of any color, race or creed is welcome to purchase a home in Ward 3 - just like any other Ward. Nobody is pushing anyone away. And this all goes to OP’s question - the city is divided by wealth. And no thank you to tearing down trees and green space and single family homes to jam in some affordable housing building which will be only 30% for affordable housing applicants and the rest is a cash cow for developers. Surely you know the reality? And once one building goes up - a ton more will folllow - with developers laughing to the bank. |
