What is going on with Madonna's face?

Anonymous
Madonna had such a great face. She would have aged beautifully if she had let nature take its course. Now she just looks like a pathetic buffoon.

One word… botox

No honey, she actually went under a knife and filled her face with silicones.

There’s a heck of a lot more than Botox going on!

She went from one of the prettiest celebs in the biz to now one of the most pathetic one.

Too bad beauty has to fade.

Even my Grandma looks better than her.

Once you reach a certain age, well under 60, you should stop wearing sheer clothing. Perhaps here she’s trying to show off her boobs in an effort to distract from her face!

Her body always looks like it belongs with a different head.

And now that head appears even bigger with added cheekbone implants, fillers and whatnot.

Botox has nothing to do with this mess! This is plastic surgery and implants and/or filler. All Botox can do is freeze muscles. It can’t add mass or reshape your face.

In that video, she looks like she shrunk.

I loved Madonna in her heyday - wish she would find other ways to be relevant other than to shock us with her crass behavior.

I think she's always been indulged or surrounded by sycophants

Oh gawd. Just no, no, no. The schtick that might have worked at 30 something makes her look like a desperate loon at 60 something. And this is not a diss on her age.ease, ease Her face is a weird, puffy, frozen mask. And that butt move is crawl through the floor cringe worthy. Please do your fans the biggest favor and find a way to re-define attractive coolness in older women. Stop trying to outdo your 20 something daughter!!

I think the source of the original problem may be the days when she was a fitness fanatic and had zero body fat. That had to take a toll on her face. She compensated with fillers and I think that once you go down that road it’s hard to stop without looking even worse. It looks like she’s realized that a couple of extra pounds actually helps an older woman look more youthful, but now it’s on top of the fillers and it just looks bizarre.

+1

And don’t forget she is the mother of teenagers as well! This behavior is crass and not edgy anymore.

She was, at least at the height of her fame. Very spoiled and indulged. Look at how she led Warren Beatty around in that documentary about her.

This clip is ghastly. She needs a strong agent to tell her to evolve. She simply cannot try to pull off the same personae that worked when she was in her 20's.

The teeth, the outfit, the behavior! (And for a mother of kids who are 9, 16 and 21 to announce on network TV that her drug of choice are opiates!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). What a disaster.

It is too bad that her own mother died when she was only 5.
