What is going on with Madonna's face?

I remember back in the mid-80’s everyone wanted to look like Madonna.
She was so pretty back then and had great, original style.

She was the “it” girl for so long.
To lose all of that must be a tough pill to actually swallow.

She could have easily just aged gracefully, with minor tweaks here and there, and looked great. But she went balls to the wall with all this work she’s had done, and the embarrassing “sexy” outfits and now barrettes, I guess? She could have at least kept her dignity.

What's going on? This is her 3rd face and neck plastic surgery (first one being performed when she was 35), with a full vertical restore. Her hairline is weirdly high from all the vertical pulling.
Cheek implants. And the rest is what other mortals do.

Yes to all of this. It's so sad that people feel like they can't age. It happens to everyone so just embrace it or at least accept it.

I think this is an instagram filter. My kid was just playing with a filter that made her face look like that just the other day. If you look at paparazzi pics, she doesn't look like this in real life.

Here she is on Fallon last October. The real cringe starts at 1:40.

I've never seen a 63-year-old woman wearing grillz.

Interesting! My first thought was that she's turned into a Kardashian!

She looks like Billie Eillish.

She looks like Marilyn Manson. How does she not see how awful she looks? It’s not edgy or some statement on aging. It’s just bad.

She would kill so many people in order to look like Billie Eilish lol

Sheryl crow is much more beautiful. At 60, she hasn’t had any surgery or Botox. She and Stevie Nicks are much better looking into their 60s and 70s than Madonna.

I agree with this, but Madonna's features didn't really look like she'd age well. It's also hard to tell because she started tweaking her face early on. It did work in the beginning.

That Madame X “song” sounds like something written by an angsty teen.
