Melania trump was not a working model. The only pictures of her pre-Trump are black and white photos of her as a teen and the nudes from NYC (no shade, nudes are great).

I think she was what's called a glamour model. It's a B or C grade model, something that's on the same level of instagram models these days. That means that she did some dull catalog work along with lingerie, lifestyle magazines and semi-nude photos.
