I don’t think Diana thought it was an arranged marriage. Things would be so different if that had been explained to her before engagement.

Camilla is not to blame for that.

I mean she is though. She could have raised her family and not meddle on another person's marriage. Maybe Charles would have loved Diana maybe not. The fact he had options meant he didn't even try.

I've always felt mildly positive toward her. She's been very discreet and dignified in an immensely challenging and tawdry situation, even though I acknowledge that some of it was due to her own choices. I certainly prefer her stiff upper lip approach to weepy tv interviews.
She and Charles are old and dull, and it will be a short, boring reign. I doubt she cares what her title is as long as she gets to wear the jewels.

Charles sucks on just about every level. He has almost nothing redeeming about him! He won't get to be king until he's in his 80s at this rate. Seems like a bum deal to get your biggest promotion AND be out from under your mummy's thumb right when you are legit old AF.

Camila is exactly where she belongs. In the loving arms of the BRF who spent a decade smearing her name and throwing her to the wolves. Sleep tight deary!

Neutral. I think that there has been a lot of whitewashing about her and Charles’ story. Namely that she was one of a bunch of other women in the picture and she was more or less the last one standing. I also think that she chose to marry Bowles because she preferred him to Charles and that she really only picked back up with Charles because her husband was boning his sister. That said I think Camilla and Charles are well matched. And Camilla knows to stay in her lane in a way neither Kate or Meghan do. She also works a lot which is admirable.

Agree that it was basically an arranged marriage. However, Charles clearly wanted to hoe it up in his 20s and then marry some virginal 19 year old. Which to me is sexist and disgusting.
