More like bench warmer in college...but anyways. Yes, nothing wrong with being friendly and having intellectual conversation with others. Try it sometime. It opens doors you didn't know were there. Conversations and friendships I have made over the years has only benefited our DD. Same goes for DS who plays a different sport. As long as one does not makes waves, opinions and conversation is welcome. It's the parents who complain about coaches, players and management who get themselves in trouble. Oh, and I highly doubt any team in our area will ever win an ECNL National Championship but there is certainly an off chance. |
| I don't know. maybe one did win last year. No one can be bothered to look it up but it is possible so if it makes you happy to think that, go ahead. No harm done. |
Local ECNL clubs have national championship titles. Just stop with the u-little assumptions |

I dont need to look anything up. I’ve been around and understand the landscape. I don’t live in a ulittle bubble. |
And it makes not a bit of difference. have sent one off to colleege and am about to send another so my family has been at this for years. I could not tell you about any championships in youth sports other than the few that invloved my own child. And that is how it should be. |
Championships make the journey way more expensive. I understand there is they emotional gratification but I don’t see the ROI. Probably for a couple of team players and club brand name but not for the entire team. |
That is their purpose. A "faux pro"experience used to jack up the price and make it even more exclusionary than it already is, with no payoff in terms of improvinig the players soccer skills whatsoever. |
No need to be on this forum then |
Soon. I had in run in just last week with crazy dad that has been a destructive force for his own player and for others. He simply cannot moderate his level of over-involvement in the soccer life of his (very good) player and it spills over to other kids on the team. Don't be that parent. |
BRYC were in the ECNL top 25 clubs in 2019 |
Why would BRYC need to do that, FCV players will start looking for a competitive match day environment soon. Winning matches 7-0 every week will without doubt be slowing down the development of FCV players. |
It only took Arlington girls at least 6 years to try and find better competition. They were in CCL crushing teams for years. And the boys in ECNL still crush teams. |
Arlington ECNL boys are not crushing teams. They are only doing well in the u15 and u16 age groups. 8th place or lower in all other age groups. |
