My family doesn’t live in luxury condos, but still walking distance. 2-3 story houses.

There is no tsunami threat.

The recent clickbait headlines that the op referred to were based on 2001 research that was subsequently debunked.

In short: never was a tsunami threat for the USA.

PS - the op didn’t predict anything. This was covered in the news for the last two weeks. Locals were on notice.
