Newt Gingrich or Rudy Giuliani for Secretary of State

Anonymous
CNN just announced that these are Trump's top two choices. Gingrich is bad enough but Giuliani has about as much control as Trump. The Secretary of State requires diplomacy which is not exactly one of Giuliani's strong points.

So much for draining the swamp.

Congratulations, Trump voters. You've jeopardized the fundamental security of the United States of America.

70 years of (relative) global stability and security, built on the blood and sweat of our forebears, is being undone.

Shame.

Maybe John Bolton

Both good choices.

Bolton hates the Russians. Not likely.

Yes, I'm sure from your perch in Bethesda or McLean, things look very "stable" to you.

Truly, some of you are unbelievable.

And this instability is about to increase bubble an order of magnitude with sane, steady and experienced leadership.

Trump is already filling the room with lobbyists, CEOs, and Bush-era establishment guys -- exactly the people he claimed had too much influence in Washington.

He is a typical Republican. He is a hypocrite.

So let me get this straight: now y'all are repudiating the order and stability that America brought to the world post-WWII? The very thing that has made America the most prosperous and powerful nation on earth? That may be the single most unpatriotic thing that I've ever heard.

Also, when did you folks become globalists? I thought that Trump was going to stop being the "world's policeman". You can't keep even your own philosophy straight.

Lastly, a quick history challenge for you: please find the last 70 year period without a major, multi-state, global conflict. Get back to me on that at your earliest convenience.

Why are we surprised? You get what you pay for.

Seems we are hearing a lot of these unemployed Washington insider names being floated recently? This is more about these people wanting these position vs Trump selection. Wait till Trump says something.
